The Most Recent Page Rank Update From Google

I am unsure just how many people have noticed and on occasion even care, but there appears to have been another site rank update from Google. This update is quite strange nevertheless and things are happening that are a good deal different from anything I have ever seen before.
I first noticed a huge difference when I went and looked at one of my sites that will be only three days old. The site in question had previously had no page ranking due to being a very new site and in these three months since its launch, I had probably obtained twenty o-r thirty one-way backward links pointing to it. To my amazement it had been now showing like a page rank five.
I've quite a few internet sites one of which will be around five-years old, it's over four thousand backward links and is really a page rank four. After seeing my new site go straight in at page ranking five, I quickly visited observe this older site had faired in this new update, it had not changed.
After checking all of my websites, I have realized that the sites which had a rank have all kept the same, however the people which had formerly a rank of zero, now have a rank and have seemingly been an integral part of the new update.
